When can I expect my order to be shipped after placing it? 

All of our orders are usually shipped the same or the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

USA: Free 2-3 Day Shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. 

What is your return/refund policy?

Returns happen, it's okay! 

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied, so take a look at these return instructions and contact us. In order to be eligible for the return and refund, the item(s) received:

  • Need to be damaged or wrong size or type than the one ordered
  • Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in
  • Must be in the original packaging
  • You must be the original purchaser of the product and be able to provide an order number or email address
  • You must contact us within 14 days from receiving the order

In order to request a return, please contact us at hello@shopsurvivorusa.com or send us a message via our Contact Us page and we will provide you with further and detailed instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 2 business days.

I have placed an order but I would like to cancel it!

If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet (you haven’t received shipping confirmation email with the tracking number), please send us an email at hello@shopsurvivorusa.com with your order number. We will cancel it right away and issue a full refund.

If you received your shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, that means that your order was already been shipped and we have no way of cancelling your order.

However, if you would like to return the item once you receive it, please contact us and we will send you the instructions on how to send the product back to us for a full refund.
